First coat of blue
Third coat of blue, this will be the sea and need to be a light sea tonally.
She looks a bit strange with blank eyes
So very soon the eyes will appear, to give the scilly cow a kindly expression.

What a great project and I love the base colour. What else is going on your cow?
St. John's did a similar project a couple of years ago using mermaids. Its great to see them in all colours and designs.
